If a Client has concerns regarding the quality, scope, or progress of services, the Client should contact Fairmont Alliance as soon as possible so that reasonable efforts can be made to address the issue.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under specific circumstances.

5.1 Duplicate Payments

If a Client accidentally makes duplicate payments for the same invoice or service, Fairmont Alliance may issue a refund for the duplicate payment after verification.

Verification may include:

  • payment records;

  • invoice information;

  • transaction confirmation.

5.2 Cancellation Before Services Begin

If:

  • no work has started;

  • no resources have been assigned;

  • no discovery activities have occurred;

  • no project planning has been performed;

the Client may request cancellation.

The Company may issue a full refund or deduct administrative costs, payment processing fees, or other non-recoverable expenses.

5.3 Company Unable to Deliver Services

If Fairmont Alliance determines that it cannot provide contracted services due to internal limitations, the Company may provide:

  • a full refund;

  • a partial refund;

  • alternative service arrangements.

The final determination will be made based on the circumstances of the engagement.

6. Partial Refunds

If services have already begun, Fairmont Alliance may consider a partial refund.

The refund amount may be calculated based on:

  • completed work;

  • hours invested;

  • consultant time;

  • completed deliverables;

  • technical research;

  • project management effort;

  • documentation created;

  • third-party costs;

  • administrative expenses.

Refund requests may only apply to future milestones that have not started.

8. Client Cancellation

A Client may request cancellation of services by providing written notice.

Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

The Client remains responsible for:

  • completed work;

  • committed resources;

  • completed milestones;

  • expenses already incurred.

Any unused portion of the engagement may be reviewed according to this Policy.

  • delayed access credentials;

  • incomplete requirements;

  • internal business changes;

  • postponed meetings;

  • lack of communication.

If a project becomes inactive due to Client delays, Fairmont Alliance may pause, reschedule, or close the engagement.

10. Change Requests and Scope Changes

Technology projects may evolve during implementation.

Changes to project requirements may affect:

  • timeline;

  • resources;

  • deliverables;

  • project costs.

Refunds will not be issued because a Client changes project requirements, business strategy, priorities, or desired outcomes after work has started.

Additional work may require a revised statement of work or additional fees.

Fairmont Alliance may use or recommend third-party services, including:

  • cloud platforms;

  • software licenses;

  • hosting providers;

However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including:

  • increased revenue;

  • cost reductions;

  • operational improvements;

  • investment returns;

Business results depend on many factors outside the Company's control.
